The partnership aims to strengthen the cultural facility as an important space dedicated to contemporary art and sustainability, expanding its schedule of events, seminars, shows, workshops, educational activities, and guided tours. The Instituto ArteCidadania was selected through a public call conducted by Secult. With shared management between the Institute and the State Government, the Park will be open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday, from 8 am to 5 pm, and will have a specialized team to maintain the artistic, historical, and environmental character of the site.<\/p>\n<p>At the signing of the agreement, the First Lady, V\u00edrginia Casagrande; the State Secretary of Culture, Fabricio Noronha; and S\u00e9rgio S\u00e1 Leit\u00e3o, former Minister of Culture and one of the project coordinators for the IAC, were present, as well as PX Silveira, Executive Director of the IAC.<\/p>\n<p><i>A milestone for Esp\u00edrito Santo&#8217;s culture<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The Parque Cultural Casa do Governador, located in the former Official Residence of the State Governor, was inaugurated in May 2022 and is currently the largest outdoor art gallery in Esp\u00edrito Santo. The space features 26 permanent and temporary art works, including sculptures and installations, that interact with the natural environment of 93,000 square meters. The park&#8217;s structure is divided between the Secretariat of Culture and the Secretariat of Government (SEG), which together plan new stages for the site&#8217;s infrastructure. Future projects include the creation of a reception area, an administrative area, a multifunctional mini-auditorium, an acoustic shell, and two viewpoints. These works may be executed with public resources or in partnership with the private sector, always respecting the guidelines established by the institution&#8217;s Governance Committee.<\/p>\n<p><i>Partnerships for a dynamic space<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The Instituto ArteCidadania, founded in 2006, has as its mission to sensitize and empower society through cultural, sports, and environmental activities. With the Parque Cultural Casa do Governador, the IAC intensifies its actions and expands access to culture in Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Municipal Event<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The PURIFICA RIO VERMELHO exhibition installed photographic panels along the Rio Vermelho, alerting to its devastating floods.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The LI\u00c7\u00d5ES AO TEMPO exhibition featured paintings by Elder Rocha Lima and Amaury Menezes, with over 110 works.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The ESTA\u00c7\u00c3O LEITURA project launched a reading initiative at the Hospital de Urg\u00eancia de Goi\u00e2nia (HUGO).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The CENTEN\u00c1RIO DE NASCIMENTO DE FREI CONFALONI calendar of activities was launched, along with a pre-catalog of the ABC CONFALONI exhibition.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The CLEA COSTA project featured an exhibition of the artist&#8217;s sculptures, objects, and paintings.<\/p>\n<p><b>National Events<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The G\u00caNESE E CELEBRA\u00c7\u00c3O project featured an exhibition of African art pieces from the collection of Rog\u00e9rio Cerqueira Leite at the Pinacoteca do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Instituto ArteCidadania, in partnership with the Instituto Biap\u00f3, participated in the program of actions to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Goi\u00e1s Cidade Mundial, with the support of UNESCO.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The institute organized several art exhibitions, including &#8220;Cidade \u00e0 Vista&#8221;, which featured 15 nuclei covering music, architecture, visual arts, reading, poetry, and the environment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Instituto ArteCidadania adapted, musealized, and inaugurated the exhibition of the Museu Hist\u00f3rico Dominicano Frei Nazareno Confaloni, executing accessibility works, installation, location of works, and curatorship.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Amaury de A a Z exhibition, featuring paintings and objects, was held in partnership with the Prefeitura Municipal de Goi\u00e2nia, at the Antiga Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ferrovi\u00e1ria cultural center.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The SOLARIZA\u00c7\u00c3O project promoted a seminar, bringing together local and national luminaries for three days to reflect on 10 themes that determine our life in society.<\/p>\n<p><b>International Event<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The DI\u00c1SPORA, CONVERG\u00caNCIAS E CONEX\u00d5ES exhibition was held at the Sichuan Museum in China, featuring the art of Tai Hsuan-An.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The same exhibition was held at the Museu de Arte Contempor\u00e2nea (MAC) in Goi\u00e2nia, with sponsorship from Saneago and Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de Goi\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The ABC CONFALONI exhibition was held at the Museu de Arte Contempor\u00e2nea de Goi\u00e1s (MAC), commemorating the centennial of the artist&#8217;s birth.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The ROTEIROS, ARTE BRASIL-CHILE project featured an exhibition of Amaury Menezes and G. Foga\u00e7a&#8217;s art at the Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica (UTAM) in Santiago, Chile.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The VOZES DA AM\u00c9RICA exhibition featured nine artists from different countries in South America.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The BIENAL INTERNACIONAL DE ARTE DO PANO DE PRATO was held, featuring artistic creations made with dishcloths.<\/p>\n<p><b>Projects with the Community<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>UM LUAR, UM VIOL\u00c3O, UMA SERENATA <\/b>(One Moon, One Guitar, One Serenade): A monthly project in the city of Goi\u00e1s, where musicians and locals gather to play Brazilian music in the historic center.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>CORAL DA NOTA FI \/ Coral das Onze e Meia<\/b>&nbsp;(F Note Choir \/ 11:30 Choir): A community choir in Goi\u00e2nia, interpreting universal repertoire and promoting social inclusion through music.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>CONCURSO BANDEIRAS E FL\u00c2MULAS NASCIMENTO DO MENINO JESUS E SANTOS REIS, CREN\u00c7AS E SINCRETISMOS<\/b> (Flags and Pennants Competition): A formative event promoting artistic and artisanal research, with a focus on women&#8217;s empowerment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>MUSEU DE ARTE SACRA DA BOA MORTE \/ 50+50: CELEBRA\u00c7\u00c3O E REFLEX\u00c3O<\/b> (Museum of Sacred Art of Good Death \/ 50+50: Celebration and Reflection): A commemorative exhibition celebrating the museum&#8217;s 50th anniversary, featuring art and reflection.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp; <b>USINA DE CIDADANIA<\/b> (Citizenship Factory): A project to revitalize the historic center of Goi\u00e2nia, transforming a former cinema into a cultural center.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>PRA\u00c7A DAS ARTES<\/b> (Arts Square): A public art project featuring large-format totems honoring figures who promoted peace in the world.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>PRA\u00c7A DA INSPIRA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b> (Inspiration Square): A public art project featuring sculptures and panels with hand molds of important cultural figures in Goi\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>MINHA RUA, POR EXEMPLO<\/b> (My Street, For Example): A public art project painting artistic murals on residential buildings in a neighborhood in Goi\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>EXPOSI\u00c7\u00c3O ARRUA\u00c7A: O ASA NA RUA<\/b> (ARRUA\u00c7A Exhibition: ASA on the Street): A permanent urban intervention project featuring a 250m2 mural in a public space.<\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; A-PONTE PARA A ARTE* (A Bridge to Art)<\/b>: A permanent public art project painting artistic murals on bridges in Goi\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>GALERIA 1.500 METROS (1,500 Meter Gallery)<\/b>: A series of exhibitions featuring art created from objects found in the surrounding area.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp; <b>ASA \u2013 ATELI\u00ca DE ARTECIDADANIA<\/b> (ASA &#8211; ArtCitizenship Studio): A project providing artistic creation and digital inclusion for children.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>OFICINAS PREPARAT\u00d3RIAS \u2018FORMA\u00c7\u00c3O CONTINUADA\u2019<\/b> (Preparatory Workshops &#8216;Continuing Education&#8217;): Workshops for facilitators to develop artistic skills and promote social inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>VI-A ARTE* (VI-A Art)<\/b>: A project featuring sculptures along highways in Goi\u00e1s, promoting artistic creation and social development.<\/p>\n<p><i>Impact<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The Instituto ArteCidadania has a significant impact on the community, promoting art and culture as tools for social and economic development.<\/p>\n<p>The institute&#8217;s projects and events help to value the city&#8217;s cultural identity and promote social inclusion.<\/p>\n<p><i>Recognition<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The Instituto ArteCidadania is recognized for its contribution to promoting art and culture in Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>The institute has received support and recognition from public and private institutions, as well as non-governmental organizations and companies.<\/p>\n<p><i>Future<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The Instituto ArteCidadania continues to work to promote art and culture as tools for social and economic development.<\/p>\n<p>The institute plans to expand its projects and events to reach more communities and promote social inclusion.<\/p>\n<p><b>WHAT WE BELIEVE IN: OUR HISTORY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Founded on July 24, 2006, the Instituto ArteCidadania has two decades of experience in creating and implementing transformative and inclusive cultural projects, as well as managing cultural facilities and capturing public and private resources.<\/p>\n<p><b>OUR MISSION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We believe that our actions are effective means of promoting citizenship and transforming society.
